Message Center
Message Center is a feature on Goooood™ that provides an overview of alerts from its platform. It displays notifications until the user completes an associated action, rather than requiring instant resolution.
How to access Message Center?
Message Center shows your notifications history, allowing you to scroll back and see what you've missed. There are two ways to see your alerts from the Message Center:
a) Login to Goooood™. Console page will appear. From the top menu bar, click on the 'bell' icon on the top menu bar to bring down a list of messages. Click on any one of the message, and you'll be directed to the Message Center.
b) From the user profile menu, click on Message Center to access it.
How to delete message?
You can perform deletion on all or selected messages.
1. Login to Goooood™. Console page will appear.
2. Navigate to Message Center (as explained above).
3. Search for the message(s) you wish to delete, and click on the checkbox on the left column to select.
4. Click Delete to proceed, and your message(s) will be deleted from the center.
