Create billing profile

After you create a new account, you might want to create your billing profile.


Adding a primary payment method

A primary payment method is required to process payment for Goooood™ services. We value your confidentiality and privacy - Goooood™ does not have access to your bank, credit card, pin, or Stripe account password details.


To add or update your primary payment method:


1. Log in to Goooood™.

2. On the top menu bar, select your profile and then click on User Profile.

3. If there is no payment method on file, click on Add a Credit Card button and the Add the Card dialog opens automatically. Otherwise, select Manage next to your current payment method and the Payment Method dialog opens.

4. Enter the required information based on the payment options below:

    • If paying by account credits/Stripe (will charge your credit card if you do not have enough funds in your Stripe account):

           • Click on the Recharge button and Recharge page will appear

           • Fill in the amount to recharge

           • Follow the online instructions until Stripe returns you to Goooood™ Payment Method dialog where you can continue with your set-up

   • If paying by credit card:

           • Enter all the information required under the Credit Card Details form


Payment without creating billing profile

Payment to the services can be made without creating a billing profile first.

  1. Log in to Goooood™.
  2. If an order has been raised and sent to you;

    - on the top menu bar, click on the Order icon and Order Management page will appear

    - select the order and click Pay Now button next to it and Payment page will appear

    - choose your payment method

    - Enter the required information based on your preferred payment method (credit card or Stripe) and select Confirm

    - the payment method will now be saved as your paying method 

    - click Pay Now to proceed with the payment
