Pricing & Billing

Q: Is there a free CDN?

Yes, the trial plan offers free CDN for up to 7 days. Our free CDN gives you the same benefits as our paid packages - multi CDN distribution and high reliability.

Q: How much does the CDN cost?

It varies depending on the plan - Business or Enterprise. While Business is a turnkey plan that caters for growing companies with global presence, Enterprise plan provides the flexibility of a customizable plan where customers are able to decide their desired CDN vendors and have more control on the multi CDN arrangement. Please refer to our pricing page for more information.

Q: What usage types are covered in the free trial?

All free trial customers will receive 100 GB of data transfer for free. All other usage types (e.g. WAF, APP Shield etc.) are excluded from the free tier.

Q: How is traffic calculated?

The exact outbound bandwidth from our edge servers is measured in bytes.

Q: Does your prices include taxes?

Except as otherwise noted, our prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and duties, including VAT and applicable sales tax.

Q: How am I charged for 304 responses?

A 304 is a response to a conditional GET request and will result in a charge for the HTTP/HTTPS request and the Data Transfer Out to Internet. A 304 response does not contain a message-body; however, the HTTP headers will consume some bandwidth for which you would be charged standard Goooood.com data transfer fees. The amount of data transfer depends on the headers associated with your object.
